The services we offer are the most comprehensive in the industry. You will find all the basic services of placement as well as many additional instructional tools, tips and tricks, and programs we offer families and nannies.

As part of our Placement Program we employ strict hiring policies. We work only with nannies who:

• Have a passion for their work and love   working with children
• Have a clean criminal and driving record
• Are CPR and First Aid Certified
• Own a vehicle and have car insurance
• Are at least 18 years of age
• Are legally able to work in the U.S.
• Have excellent references

Our Work Doesn't End at Placement

We follow up with all our families and nannies to ensure everyone is comfortable with the match. In fact, we provide as part of your service an optional 6-week Let's Connect
Program for parents and nannies to take part in. This program was developed for families and nannies to get past some of the earlier awkward moments of placement as well as encourage communication and topics of discussion such as parenting, goals for the child, disciplining, and performance discussions, to name a few, for both parents and nannies to partake in. In essence, it helps start
conversations that are typically difficult to bring up in normal
conversation, but are clearly pertinent pieces in healthy family-nanny relationships.

We would like to stress to you how important we feel about placing the right caregiver with your child. A child's safety is of the utmost importance to us and we do not take this responsibility lightly. We only choose caregivers of the highest integrity who can demonstrate safety and the ability to deal with stressful situations very well. The welfare of your child means a lot to us, as parents and as service providers, and we take this very seriously.
