How Do I Get Started? When you contact the center (602.574.2647) we will supply you with a Family Application that asks you what you expect in a nanny, in other words, a detailed job description. You will then receive a family agreement that explains our obligations to you during the search process. We begin the matching process and provide you with matches to meet your criteria. Interviews are conducted, a nanny is chosen, and a Family/Nanny Agreement is provided and signed by you and the nanny agreeing to the terms of the contract. We will guide you and the nanny through the entire process for a successful placement and will also be available for questions after the placement. We can also help in referring you to the experts in the field of payroll taxes. Just know that we are available to help you throughout the hiring process and welcome your call at any point after you have hired your nanny.
