They tend to enlist with us to find the best families while less serious candidates who don’t intend to make a long-term commitment will tend to respond to general advertisements. • We do all the leg work and we save you time. We post listings and announcements on behalf of parents, answer calls, follow up, provide all the proper documentation, check references, perform background investigations, DMV checks and fingerprinting. Since a significant percentage of applicants for child care positions have criminal records it is critical that a thorough background and reference check be performed. • Our placement is guaranteed! We have a special “LET’S CONNECT PROGRAM” that you will love.
